HOME, CORPORATE, OR EVENT VISITS
1. A Direct Pay Provider does not accept medical insurance but can save you money and time. No need to have an expensive medical insurance.
2. No long wait times at my office.
3. COVID-19, FLU, RSV, pregnancy, PAP smear, and other labs available.
4. More time with the provider than you would get in a doctor's office.
5. May have sooner appointments available then your Primary provider.
6. Can provide you a second opinion.
7. Save money - no medical transport needed.
8. Home visits may benefit you: disabled, elderly, too sick, or afraid of leaving the house.
9. Recently discharged home after being sick or after a surgery and need help.

Meet the Owner and Provider
Dr. Jennifer Christophe DNP, FNP-BC, MSN, BSN envisioned and created a Family Medicine, Nurse Practitioner owned, mobile medical practice that provides healthcare services to meet the medical needs of the community. Acknowledging the increasing barriers patients are facing when in need of medical care, Dr. Christophe provided an alternative.
Dr. Christophe prides herself on her warm bedside manor and experience of more than 20 years. Working in the medical field as a Licensed Practical Nurse and an ICU Registered Nurse, she continued to seek education and knowledge. She became a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2015 and recently completed the Doctorate of Nursing Practice.
Patients can rest assured knowing she is a qualified and compassionate provider who cares about her patients' outcomes.

Provider in office - Sick visit $100.00 - $200.00 Based on time spent 30-90 minutes
Provider in office - Physical exam $150.00, Post op care & education $200.00
Home Visit - Chronic Disease Management or Sick Visit $200.00
Telehealth Video Visit (anywhere in NY) $75.00
Travel Fee - within Rockland County, NY $10.00
Travel Fee - within Westchester County, NY $20.00
Corporate or Event Testing - One time travel fee based on distance
Off Hours Emergency Visits - $200 per hour and additional travel fee
